The Senior Field Marketing Specialist shapes and delivers integrated marketing programs across EMEA. These programs strengthen the brand, engage clients, and support commercial growth. The specialist works with Sales, Industry Advisors, Client Partners, Partnerships, and the global Marketing team.

## What the role involves

- Develop and deliver regional field marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Create integrated campaigns combining digital marketing, content, events, account-based marketing, and partner activity.
- Work with Sales and Industry leaders to identify target accounts, market opportunities, and campaign priorities.
- Act as a marketing partner to Sales, supporting lead quality, engagement, and progression.
- Lead the strategy and execution of regional events, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Track and report campaign performance, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, conversion, engagement, and event ROI.
- Manage field marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and venues.

## What the employer is asking for

- A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
- At least five years’ experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
- Experience in technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline generation.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
