## **Job Description**

As the Growth Manager you will be responsible for driving partnership growth and delivering ROI across all three HelloFresh Group brands: HelloFresh, Youfoodz, and EveryPlate. Reporting to Senior Growth Manager, your primary objective will be to onboard new partners into our portfolio while increasing conversion volume and profitability across existing partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, supportive team where you can think "outside the box" commercially and have a significant impact on our growth strategy.

This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reporting to Senior Growth Manager

**You will…**

- Identify and onboard high-value partners to grow the partnerships channel and drive conversions.
- Lead proactive outreach and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and exposure opportunities.
- Optimize performance of existing partnerships through data-driven initiatives, including landing page and creative strategy enhancements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with local and global teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics) to integrate partner offers into seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular channel health checks to surface and qualify key challenges and growth opportunities.

**You have…**

- 4+ years of experience in the Australian Affiliate or Partnerships Industry with established industry relationships.
- Experience in cold outreach, securing commercial agreements, and pitching.
- A University degree in any discipline.
- Strong data acumen and a logical, systematic approach to problem-solving.

- A strategic thinker who enjoys meeting new people and pitching innovative ideas.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong external stakeholder management skills.

**Start Date:** ASAP can wait a notice period

**Duration:** Fixed Term Contract until May 2027\. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
