It runs five stages of the event motion (source, enrich, sequence, capture, attribute) on the Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, enrichment, and sequencing accounts the customer already pays for. ## What Luminik does **Stage 1. Source.** Luminik builds the attendee list six weeks before the floor opens, from event platforms, exhibitor directories, speaker lists, partner portals, and LinkedIn. Customers can also upload their own CSV. **Stage 2. Enrich.** Every attendee is enriched through the customer's own enrichment vendor contract. This is BYOV (Bring Your Own Vendor). BYOV paths include Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Breeze Intelligence, Clay, Hunter.io, Dropcontact, Findymail, LeadMagic, Dealfront, and similar vendors. Luminik orchestrates the waterfall; the customer's existing vendors do the enrichment. No second data contract. **Stage 3. Sequence.** Ranked, ICP-scored targets land in the sequencer the reps already use. BYOV and workflow paths include Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, La Growth Machine, plus HubSpot workflows or Salesforce campaigns. Outreach integration ships Q2 2026. The same sequencer handles pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up. **Stage 4. Capture.** On-floor capture runs on an offline-first iOS and Android mobile app. Three capture methods: QR scan, on-device badge OCR with per-field confidence scoring, and manual entry. Voice notes transcribe with AI-extracted next steps. Every capture writes to Salesforce or HubSpot the same day, keyed to the pre-event ICP score. **Stage 5. Attribute.** Sourced and influenced pipeline writes back to Salesforce Opportunities or HubSpot Deals within 48 hours of floor close.
