Luminik is a product operated by DataRavel Inc., a Delaware C-corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services or visit our website.

Account information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your name, work email address, and authentication provider (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, or company SSO).
Event app access: Our customers may grant us access to their event tools. Through these integrations, we collect data about event attendees.

We process data provided by our customers and enrich it using external services. This may include:
Full name
Job title
Company name
LinkedIn profile URL and public details
Other publicly accessible information from professional sources such as company websites or public LinkedIn profiles

For data provided by customers via event app integrations, Luminik acts as a data processor. For user account and website analytics data, Luminik acts as a data controller.
Our services are intended for use by business professionals. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data unrelated to professional or business use.

We may share data with third-party processors who support our platform—for example, for enrichment or analytics. These parties are contractually bound to process data only for our purposes and are not permitted to use it independently.
Note: To protect our intellectual property, we do not disclose the names of our subprocessors publicly. All subprocessors are vetted and governed by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
We enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with customers and subprocessors to ensure data protection obligations are contractually upheld.
We do not sell personal information.

We may transfer your data to countries outside your home jurisdiction, including the United States. When doing so, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to comply with applicable privacy laws.
