Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid that trains participants to intervene with an individual thinking about suicide. The workshop teaches how to recognize possible suicidal thoughts and work with the person to create a plan for immediate safety, and is for anyone 18 or older.
