How the pricing works

Flat subscription. Usage caps. BYOV. Outcome floor.

The four-part mechanic under every tier. Each piece does a specific job.

Flat subscription

Monthly or annual. Covers orchestration 365 days a year: ICP scoring, sequencer push, booth capture, attribution writeback. No per-event surprises, no per-seat charges on mobile.

Usage caps

Events per month and enriched ICP matches per month are the units. When a flagship season expands, the tier changes before the invoice does. Clear ceilings per tier, no surprise overages.

BYOV enrichment

Bring Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Cognism, Hunter, Dropcontact, Findymail, or LeadMagic through the vendor account you already own. Managed enrichment is a fallback on Growth and included on Scale.

Outcome floor

10 booked meetings per flagship event on Growth and Scale. If we miss, the platform fee for that month is credited. The floor is in the contract.

Optional add-on

Concierge Pilot (optional)

$2,500 one-time

Hands-on setup and on-floor support on your first flagship event. 100% credited against Year 1 of any tier if you sign within 30 days of event close. Refundable if we miss the 10 booked meetings floor.

What you walk away with after one event

  • Prioritized target lists 6 weeks before the floor opens
  • 10 booked meetings floor per flagship event on Growth and Scale, credited if we miss
  • Mobile capture included across every tier, no per-seat fees
  • Event-sourced pipeline written back to Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A VP-ready event report from the CRM, without rebuilding slides
We're on Growth. Six flagship events last quarter, ten-meeting floor on each. We hit the floor on all six, so no credit triggered, but knowing it was there made the internal procurement conversation a twenty-minute call. The Apollo push also means we aren't paying for a second sequencer, which mattered when we presented the line item to finance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Starter $299 when badge-capture apps charge $2,000+ a month? +
Badge-capture apps stop at the booth scan. Luminik runs five stages: attendee sourcing 6 weeks out, enrichment through your Apollo plan, ICP scoring, sequencer push, booth capture, and attribution writeback. You bring your own enrichment (BYOV) so Luminik doesn't charge you twice for data you already pay Apollo for.
What does 'we credit the month if we miss the floor' mean? +
Growth and Scale agreements name an outcome floor of 10 booked meetings per flagship event. If we miss on an event in the billing month, the full platform fee for that month is credited to your next invoice. The 10-meeting floor is in the contract. The Concierge Pilot is a full refund rather than a credit.
Does the mobile app really come free? +
Yes, mobile capture is included across all three tiers. Unlimited booth reps can capture badges, dictate voice notes, look up attendees by ICP score, and push records to your CRM. No per-seat fees.
BYOV means we pay Apollo AND Luminik. Isn't that double-paying? +
You also pay Salesforce and your sequencer. Luminik runs the event pipeline across them: enrichment through Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Cognism, Hunter, Dropcontact, Findymail, or LeadMagic; sequencer push; booth capture; and Salesforce or HubSpot attribution around one event motion. Your vendor contract, DPA, and rate limits stay yours. Managed enrichment is a $0.20 / enrichment add-on on Growth and included on Scale.
Why not per-meeting pricing like Intercom Fin? +
Per-meeting billing breaks on attribution edge cases. Was the meeting from Luminik's enrichment or the rep's existing relationship? Who counts? We use meetings as an outcome floor instead: credit if we miss, flat platform fee either way. Predictable for your budget, no arguments over attribution edge cases.
Can I test Luminik on just one event? +
Two paths, pick based on how hands-on you want us. Standard path: start on Starter month-to-month, connect Salesforce or HubSpot plus Apollo, and use the 14-day no-risk trial on your first event. Hands-on path: the $2,500 Concierge Pilot adds custom ICP scoring, attribution model review, and on-floor rep training on your first flagship. Refunded if we miss the 10-meeting floor, 100% credited to Year 1 if you sign within 30 days of event close.
What's the Concierge Pilot, and who picks it over Starter? +
The Concierge Pilot is the hands-on pilot path. $2,500 one-time, founder-led kickoff, custom ICP scoring, attribution model review, and on-floor rep training on your first flagship. It fits the first RSA or Money20/20 where the CFO wants confidence before signing. Series A teams and RevOps-led evaluations usually start on Starter month-to-month instead and use founder-led onboarding. Growth, Scale, and the Concierge Pilot carry the 10-meeting outcome floor.
Our team already does this. Why would we pay Luminik? +
If event prep still depends on a VA pulling the list the week of the show, a spreadsheet outside the CRM, or attribution reconstructed three weeks after the event, Luminik turns that into a repeatable system. Your team keeps working in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Apollo. The event pipeline becomes clean CRM data instead of post-show folklore.
What happens during months with no events? +
Pre-event sourcing and sequencing start 6 weeks ahead of each flagship. The months that look quiet are when the pipeline for your next big show is being built. If you pause during that window, your reps walk in cold. Subscriptions are priced assuming year-round use because that's how the motion works. If your event calendar is seasonal, Starter covers the lighter quarters.
Is this a lead gen agency? +
No. An agency hands you a list. Luminik builds the event pipeline inside your own CRM, on the enrichment vendor you already pay for. Your team owns the data, the sequence history, and the attribution records after the subscription ends. If you churn, nothing disappears. Everything Luminik writes lives on CRM records that are yours.
How does the annual discount work? +
Annual billing is 17% off the monthly rate, billed upfront for 12 months. Starter drops from $299 to $249/month, Growth from $799 to $665/month, Scale from $1,999 to $1,665/month. You can upgrade tier mid-term at a prorated rate. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
Are there seat limits or per-user fees? +
No. Every tier includes unlimited admin-console seats for campaign setup, ICP scoring, and attribution review, plus unlimited booth rep seats for event capture. We don't charge by seat count. Your whole marketing and RevOps team can work in the admin console, and every AE who walks the floor can capture conversations at no incremental cost.
What happens if we exceed the flagship event cap in a month? +
Regional shows count as half a flagship, so a heavy month is usually absorbed inside the tier cap. If a genuine overage hits, we flag it before it lands on an invoice and offer either a mid-term upgrade (prorated difference covers the rest of the term) or a one-off event add-on priced against your order form. No silent charges.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Month-to-month plans can stop at the end of the paid billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable for the unused portion, but you can downgrade to a smaller tier at renewal. No early-termination fees on either plan. CRM records, sequence history, and attribution writebacks are yours to keep in either case.
Does the subscription fee cover implementation? +
Launch setup is included: Salesforce or HubSpot OAuth, Apollo API key, ICP rules import, and your first event go-live are covered by the platform fee. For hands-on setup on the first flagship event (custom ICP scoring, attribution model review, on-floor rep training), the $2,500 Concierge Pilot add-on covers it. 100% credited against Year 1 if you sign within 30 days, refunded if we miss the 10-meeting floor.
