Every booth conversation in your CRM the same day.
A lead capture app for trade shows and conferences. Capture from a badge, name tag, business card, QR code, LinkedIn screenshot or voice note. It works offline, shows customer status, account owner and open deals from your CRM, and syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot with the pre-event ICP score attached.
One scan, and the pre-event ICP score is on the screen
The mobile app your reps open on the floor. Next to the ICP score, the rep sees customer status, account owner and open deals. One tap from badge to a Salesforce Contact with the pre-event ICP score attached.
Capture context before follow-up starts
Capture without ICP routing is noise. Capture with routing feeds the 5-stage event pipeline.
From 2,000 attendees to 6 closed deals
What event lead capture usually leaves behind
A badge scan gives you a name, a title, and a company. What a rep needs on top of that is the pre-event ICP score, the voice note from the conversation, and a same-day record in Salesforce or HubSpot. Anything short of that is Monday-morning cleanup.
Badge capture apps
Catch the badge. Dump a CSV.
Closed suites with a built-in waterfall
Bundle a capture UI inside their dashboard.
Digital business card commodities
Swap contact info between 2 phones.
Luminik captures the floor with full context. ICP-scored at the scan, offline-first through a bad Wi-Fi day, written to your Salesforce or your HubSpot the same day.
What the trade show lead capture app includes
Capture from anything, one review screen
Offline-first, survives a dead Wi-Fi day
Voice notes, transcribed at the booth
Same-day CRM sync
Pre-event ICP and CRM context on the phone
Push to CRM from attendee detail
What runs on the phone and what runs on the web
Reps work in the app on the floor. Marketing and RevOps work in the browser. Both write to the same attendee record.
On the phone
The capture surface. It comes out at the booth and nowhere else, and it keeps working when the conference Wi-Fi does not.
- Capture from anything: badge, business card, QR, LinkedIn screenshot or voice, with per-field confidence
- Customer status, account owner and open deals from your CRM
- Voice notes, transcribed with the next steps pulled out
- Attendee lookup with the pre-event ICP score and the reason behind it
- Offline-first, with a 200-item queue that drains when signal returns
- Push to CRM on every attendee record
Who opens it: AEs and SDRs working the floor.
On the web
Everything before the event starts and everything after they close. The planning surface and the reporting surface share one workspace.
- ICP definition and attendee scoring
- Target-list building and tiering ahead of the event
- Sequence push to Apollo, Salesloft, Amplemarket, Lemlist, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Attribution, event-over-event comparison, and the QBR export
- Team, event, and integration setup
Who opens it: marketing and RevOps.
Event lead capture app questions
What is a trade show lead capture app?
An app your booth team uses to record who they met: scan the badge or business card, add notes and the agreed next step, and send the lead to your CRM. Luminik's runs on iOS and Android, and every booth rep can use it on every plan.
How is this different from the organizer's lead retrieval app?
The organizer's contractor rents a scanner or app for one event and usually hands you a CSV after the show. Luminik's app goes with your team from event to event, reads what the badge or card shows, and writes each lead to Salesforce or HubSpot with its account, owner, notes and pre-event ICP score. For the full registration record, it needs the event's API or badge kit.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Scans, voice notes and meeting logs queue on the phone, up to 200 items, and sync when signal returns.
Can it scan badges and business cards?
It reads QR codes (vCard, MECARD, JSON or URL) and runs badge and card OCR on the device, with a confidence level on each field so a blurry name gets checked before it saves. Manual entry covers everything else.
How fast do leads reach Salesforce or HubSpot?
Captures show up in the web app within minutes, tagged to the event and the rep. A rep can push any attendee to the CRM from the phone, and sourced and influenced pipeline is written to Salesforce Opportunities or HubSpot Deals within 48 hours of the event ending.
