What you'll see in 20 minutes

Map one event from list to CRM writeback.

  1. 5 min

    Priorities for the event

What the event needs to prove, which accounts matter, and how your team will judge success.

  2. 10 min

A working map of the motion

We use one upcoming flagship to map source, enrich, sequence, capture, and attribute against your CRM.

  3. 5 min

    The next best move

If Luminik fits, we pick a simple next step. If another route is better, you leave with that recommendation.

The five stages

The motion we'll walk live

Source, enrich, sequence, capture, attribute. One system across the whole motion. We'll walk all five on your next flagship.

  1. 01

    Source

Pull the attendee list weeks before the floor opens.

  2. 02

    Enrich

Score against your ICP using your own Apollo or ZoomInfo seats.

  3. 03

    Sequence

Pre-book meetings on the calendars of the right 80 buyers.

  4. 04

    Capture

Voice notes, badge scans, business cards into the CRM same day.

  5. 05

    Attribute

Sourced pipeline written back to Salesforce or HubSpot in 48 hours.

Prasad Subrahmanya, founder of Luminik
Who you'll meet

Prasad Subrahmanya

Founder, Luminik

Bring one event you are sponsoring or attending. I'll map it with you using the same workflow I have run across 50+ B2B events: attendee sources, enrichment, outreach, dinners and side events, booth capture, follow-up, and CRM attribution. We will work through the actual handoffs your team has to run before, during, and after the show.

After the call

Three practical paths.

  1. Start on Starter

$299 / month. 14-day no-risk trial on your first event.

  2. Run a Concierge Pilot

$2,500 one-time. Founder-led on your first flagship. Refundable if we miss the 10-meeting outcome floor.

  3. Use the takeaway

If another route is better, I'll explain why and send the resource or workflow I would use instead.

Frequently asked

Before you book

What kind of call is this?
It is a working session around your next event. We start with what you are trying to achieve, which accounts and personas matter, and where the current motion gets stuck. Then I show how Luminik would handle that exact motion. If it helps, we can talk through the next step. If another route is better, you leave with the clearest recommendation I can give.
Do I need to bring data?
Helpful but not required. If you can name your next flagship event and your CRM, I can walk the full motion in 20 minutes. If you have a target list or enrichment vendor account, I can use it in the walkthrough.
Can my CMO or RevOps lead join?
Yes. The walkthrough works just as well with 2-3 people on the call. If you'd like a longer slot for a group, just leave a note in the booking form and I'll switch it to 30 minutes.
Will you record the call?
Only if you want me to. By default we don't record. If a teammate can't make it, I'm happy to record + share, just let me know in the booking notes.
What happens after the call?
Three paths are possible: you start on Starter ($299/month, 14-day no-risk trial on your first event), you run a Concierge Pilot ($2,500, founder-led, refundable if we miss the 10-meeting outcome floor), or you take the recommendation from the call and use it without Luminik.
Why book with the founder instead of a BDR?
I built Luminik and I decide what ships next. If you are evaluating event pipeline tooling, the useful conversation is about your priorities, your CRM, your events, and whether the product can help you get where you want to go.
