Luminik vs Vendelux: event intelligence, or the whole event pipeline
Vendelux is the deepest event discovery database in the category. Luminik is an event pipeline platform: source, enrich, sequence, capture, attribute, one system. Here is where each wins.
Choose Luminik if
You want one system that carries an event from discovery through enrichment, outreach, booth capture, and CFO-credible attribution, with your own enrichment vendors and your own sequencer seats doing the work they already do well.
Choose Vendelux if
Your one job is deciding which events to attend and who will be there, across an enterprise event calendar, and you want the largest attendee-roster database available plus a managed team that books meetings for you. Their index carries 250,000+ events with attendee, exhibitor, and speaker rosters.
What Vendelux is
In their own words, Vendelux “turns in-person events into a predictable, pipeline-generating engine” and positions as “the intelligence layer for in-person GTM.” The core product is pre-event intelligence over a 250,000+ event index with attendee, exhibitor, and speaker rosters, matched against your ICP and CRM. A separate managed service, Meetings, books ICP meetings before the event with human-written outreach.
They raised a $50M Series B in July 2026 (Tribeca Venture Partners, with HubSpot Ventures participating) and name customers like Intel, McKesson, Ramp, and Deel. Their event index is the largest count published by anyone on these pages, and the discovery product is what that funding is going into. What follows compares scope, stage by stage.
The five stages, side by side
Full, partial, and not offered are defined in how these pages are written.
| Stage | Luminik | Vendelux |
|---|---|---|
| Source Find the right events and the right people before you commit spend | Full An open event catalogue: every event page carries dates, venue, speakers, sponsors, and CFP windows, readable without a login by your team and by the AI assistants people research with. Their index is larger; every page of ours is public | Full 250,000+ event database with attendee, exhibitor, and speaker rosters; segments matched to your CRM |
| Enrich Turn names into records your reps can act on | Full Your own Apollo, Cognism, or ZoomInfo keys at your contract cost, so enrichment is not metered against a lead-credit allowance you have to ration across the year | Partial Bundled enrichment metered against lead credits (5,000/month on Plus); data partners and coverage rates not published |
| Sequence Get outreach out before and after the event | Full Ranked targets land in the sequencer seats you already run: Apollo, Salesloft, Amplemarket, Lemlist, HubSpot, or Salesforce | Partial A managed human service (Meetings), metered at 50 annual meeting credits on Plus; their words: “This isn't SDR automation” |
| Capture Get booth conversations into the CRM the same day | Full Mobile capture with voice notes and AI summaries, matched to sourced targets on the floor | Not offered No badge scanner, no lead capture app, no on-site product anywhere on their site |
| Attribute Prove sourced and influenced pipeline to your CFO | Full Sourced vs influenced split on Opportunity fields you name, written back within 48 hours from event end | Full Event presence and ROI written to CRM records, Event Insight Reports; inferred from CRM matching, not from captured leads |

What it costs
Every figure here carries its source and the date we read it.
Vendelux
Pricing is not published; a sales call is required. Starter, Plus, and Enterprise each carry a quote request, as listed on their pricing page, August 2026. Two sourced figures exist outside it. Capterra lists a starting price of $1,667 per month, flat rate, with no free version and no free trial, as listed on their Capterra vendor profile, August 2026. And a reviewer writes: “But at $125,000/ year for the subscription, this is my biggest software line item ever” (Monika O., mid-market, reported in a G2 review, April 2024).
Luminik
Starter is $299 a month, Growth is $799 a month, Scale starts at $1,999 a month, all on the pricing page. Annual billing is pay for 10 months and get 12. No per-seat fees on any tier.
The practical difference: an event team can build a Luminik budget line before booking a call, and cannot do the same for Vendelux.
When Vendelux is the better choice
- You are an enterprise team whose bottleneck is deciding which of hundreds of events deserve budget. Their 250,000-event graph with rosters is the deepest available, and nothing we ship replaces that depth today.
- You want meetings booked for you by a managed human team rather than run through your own sequencer seats. That service is real, staffed, and priced into their upper tiers.
- You are an event organizer: Vendelux explicitly sells to the supply side; Luminik does not.
When Luminik is the better choice
- Your team also works the booth. Vendelux has no capture product, so floor conversations reach your CRM by whatever you bolt on. Luminik's capture is matched to the same sourced targets, and attribution counts what happened at the stand.
- You already pay for enrichment and sequencing you trust. Luminik plugs into your Apollo, Cognism, or ZoomInfo keys and your Salesloft, Amplemarket, or Lemlist seats instead of metering credits on top.
- You want one attribution number built from the whole motion, sourcing through capture, split into sourced and influenced on Opportunity fields your RevOps team names.
- Quality beats catalogue size for your program. Any event you need, on any platform or none, is sourced first-party on request within 24 hours and arrives verified, which is a different promise than the biggest aggregate database.
Questions buyers ask
Is Vendelux's event database bigger than Luminik's?
By their published number, Vendelux carries 250,000+ events, the largest count published by anyone on these pages. Luminik's catalogue is open and intentional: the events your ICP attends, on current editions, verified, with dates, venue, speakers, sponsors, and CFP windows readable without a login. Anything outside it is sourced on request and back with you within 24 hours. Which number matters depends on whether the job is researching a market or running a pipeline against it.
What does Vendelux cost?
Vendelux does not publish pricing. Their tiers (Starter, Plus, Enterprise) each carry a quote CTA. They do publish entitlements, which is more than most: Plus includes 5,000 monthly lead credits and 50 annual meeting credits. Luminik publishes its pricing on the pricing page.
Do both write to Salesforce and HubSpot?
Yes. Vendelux supports Salesforce and HubSpot, in their own words: “We currently support Salesforce and HubSpot.” Luminik writes to the same two CRMs with field-level mapping your RevOps team controls, and adds sequencer handoff to Apollo, Salesloft, Amplemarket, and Lemlist.
Can I use both?
In practice teams choose one system of record for event pipeline. If you already run Vendelux for discovery, Luminik still covers the on-floor capture and the attribution writeback they do not. Worth knowing before you budget for both: Luminik's open catalogue and 24-hour on-demand sourcing mean the sourcing layer comes with the platform, so running the two together only duplicates spend on the Vendelux line.
