Luminik
Integration: Bizzabo

Bizzabo event leads in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.

Bizzabo's CRM integrations write to the organizer. Luminik brings your attendee list and sponsor lead scans into Salesforce or HubSpot, scored and counted against the event.

Which Bizzabo integration fits you

It depends on whose event it is.

You organize the event on Bizzabo

Bizzabo integrates directly with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot, so registrations and attendance land in the organizer's CRM and marketing automation.

Use Bizzabo's integrations.

You sponsor someone else's Bizzabo event

Your team scans attendee QR codes in the event app or taps Klik SmartBadges, adds qualification answers and notes, and downloads the lead list as a CSV.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Bizzabo event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Bizzabo event access

During onboarding you share the Bizzabo access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list and the sponsor lead list. It is used for that event only.

2

Score the attendee list against your ICP

Every attendee is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your reps know who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM

Your scans, qualification answers and notes arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

What lands in Salesforce or HubSpot

Bizzabo questions teams ask

Does Bizzabo integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Bizzabo integrates directly with Salesforce, as it does with HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot, for the organizer's event data. Sponsors work from the lead list their scans build, which downloads as a CSV.

How do sponsors get Bizzabo leads into a CRM?

Sponsors download their full lead list, with qualification answers and notes, as a CSV. Luminik takes that list, matches it to your CRM records and writes the leads with the notes and a follow-up task for the owner, so nobody uploads a spreadsheet the week after the event.

What are Klik SmartBadges?

Bizzabo's smart badges. Attendees and sponsors tap them to exchange contact details, and the contacts join the same sponsor lead list as QR scans.

How does Luminik access our Bizzabo event data?

With your permission, through the event access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.

What if the event is not on Bizzabo?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
