Luminik
Integration: Brella

Brella leads in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.

Brella's CRM integrations write to the organizer. Luminik brings your attendee list and lead scans into Salesforce or HubSpot, scored and counted against the event.

Which Brella integration fits you

It depends on whose event it is.

You organize the event on Brella

Brella connects to HubSpot and Salesforce for the organizer's registration and attendee data, so registrations land in the organizer's CRM.

Use Brella's integrations.

You sponsor someone else's Brella event

Your team scans attendee QR codes in the Brella app or from badges and answers your booth's qualifier questions. Leads you scan and attendees who scan your reps are kept apart, and both export as CSV. The organizer decides whether lead scanning is on.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Brella event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Brella event access

During onboarding you share the Brella access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list and your sponsor lead lists. It is used for that event only.

2

Score the attendee list against your ICP

Every attendee is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your team knows who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM

Your scans, qualifier answers and notes arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Brella questions teams ask

Does Brella integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes, for organizers. Brella's HubSpot and Salesforce integrations handle registration and move attendee data into the organizer's CRM. Sponsors work from the leads their team scans.

How do sponsors get Brella leads into a CRM?

Scanned contacts appear as prospects in the sponsor portal, and both lead lists export as CSV. Luminik takes those lists, matches them to your CRM records and writes the leads with the notes and a follow-up task for the owner.

What is the difference between inbound and outbound leads in Brella?

Outbound leads are the attendees your reps scanned. Inbound leads are attendees who scanned your rep's code. Both are worth following up, and they usually need different first messages.

How does Luminik access our Brella event data?

With your permission, through the event access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.

What if the event is not on Brella?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
