Luminik
Integration: Cvent

Cvent event lists in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.

Cvent's CRM sync writes to the organizer. Luminik brings your attendee list and LeadCapture leads into Salesforce or HubSpot, scored and counted against the event.

Which Cvent integration fits you

It depends on whose event it is.

You organize the event on Cvent

Cvent's Salesforce app and HubSpot integration are built for you. Registration status shows on the contact, Salesforce campaign members update as people register and attend, and follow-up tasks can be created from registration activity.

Use Cvent's integration.

You sponsor or exhibit at someone else's Cvent event

The organizer's integration writes to the organizer's CRM. What reaches you is the attendee list your package includes and the LeadCapture scans your booth team collects, which you open in the Exhibitor Portal and export.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Cvent event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your event access

During onboarding you share the Cvent event access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list, the Exhibitor Portal, or both. It is used for that event only.

2

Score the attendee list against your ICP

Every registrant is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked. Your reps see who is coming and who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM

LeadCapture scans and booth notes arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Cvent questions teams ask

Does Cvent integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. The Cvent Salesforce app runs inside Salesforce and syncs registration activity to contacts and campaign members for events you host on Cvent. If you are a sponsor or exhibitor at another organizer's event, that sync writes to the organizer's Salesforce. Your leads come from the attendee list in your package and from LeadCapture.

Does Cvent integrate with HubSpot?

Yes, for organizers. Cvent lists a HubSpot integration that sends event registration and attendance into the organizer's HubSpot portal. Sponsors and exhibitors work from their lists and LeadCapture exports, which Luminik writes into your HubSpot.

How do exhibitors get Cvent LeadCapture leads into a CRM?

The organizer licenses LeadCapture for the event. Your booth team scans badges in the LeadCapture app, adds notes and answers qualification questions, and the leads appear in the Exhibitor Portal, where you can export them. Luminik takes those leads, matches them to your CRM records and writes them with the notes and a follow-up task for the owner.

How is this different from Cvent iCapture?

iCapture is Cvent's lead capture app for exhibitors, and it sends booth leads to your CRM. Luminik covers the whole event: which attendees to meet, outreach before the event, capture at the booth, and the pipeline counted afterwards.

How does Luminik access our Cvent event data?

With your permission, through the event access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.

What if the event is not on Cvent?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
