Luminik
Integration: Eventbrite

Eventbrite registrants in your CRM, scored and followed up.

Eventbrite's integrations log who registered. Luminik scores every registrant against your ICP, runs outreach before the event, and counts the pipeline after it.

Which Eventbrite integration fits you

It depends on what you need from the list.

You need registrations recorded in your CRM

HubSpot's Eventbrite integration adds registration, attendance and cancellations to the contact timeline, creates contacts for new registrants, and syncs each event to HubSpot marketing events. On Salesforce, the Eventbrite for Salesforce app from Beaufort 12 writes contacts, leads, campaigns and campaign members.

Use Eventbrite's integrations.

You need the registrants worked

Which registrants are target accounts, who each rep should meet, outreach before the event, follow-up after it, and the pipeline counted against the event. That applies to events you host on Eventbrite and to events you sponsor there.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Eventbrite event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Eventbrite event

Connect the Eventbrite account that hosts your event, or share the attendee list the organizer gives you as a sponsor. The list refreshes as more people register.

2

Score every registrant against your ICP

Each registrant is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your team knows who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Capture the room and write it back

Conversations captured in the Luminik app during the event land in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Eventbrite questions teams ask

Does Eventbrite integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. HubSpot's Eventbrite integration adds registration, attendance, cancellations and answers to custom registration questions to the contact timeline, creates a contact for anyone new, and syncs events to HubSpot marketing events. Only events created by the connected Eventbrite user sync, and custom Eventbrite properties do not.

Does Eventbrite integrate with Salesforce?

Yes, through Eventbrite for Salesforce, built by Beaufort 12 with Eventbrite. It runs inside Salesforce and can create contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns and campaign members from Eventbrite events, orders and attendees.

What does Luminik add to the native integrations?

The native integrations record who registered and who attended. Luminik decides which of those people are worth meeting, runs the outreach before the event, captures the conversations on the day, and counts the pipeline that follows.

Can I get the attendee list for an Eventbrite event I'm sponsoring?

Attendee reports belong to the organizer. As a sponsor you work from what the organizer shares with you, and Luminik adds the speakers, sponsors and likely attendees it finds on the open web.

What if the event is not on Eventbrite?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
