EventMobi leads in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.
EventMobi's Salesforce sync serves the organizer. Luminik brings your Lead Capture scans, star ratings and notes into Salesforce or HubSpot, counted against the event.
Which EventMobi integration fits you
It depends on whose event it is.
You organize the event on EventMobi
EventMobi's Salesforce integration sends new attendees one way into the organizer's Salesforce, as contacts or as leads, depending on the field mapping.
Use EventMobi's integration.
You exhibit at someone else's EventMobi event
Your team scans attendee QR codes with the Lead Capture by EventMobi app, rates each lead from 1 to 5 stars and adds notes. Your company admin exports the leads from the Company Portal.
This is where Luminik works.
What Luminik does with your EventMobi event
From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.
Connect your EventMobi event access
During onboarding you share the EventMobi access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list and your Lead Capture leads. It is used for that event only.
Score the attendee list against your ICP
Every attendee is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your team knows who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.
Book meetings before the event
The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.
Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM
Your scans, star ratings and notes arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.
What lands in Salesforce or HubSpot
Default mapping. Your RevOps team names the fields during setup.

| Follow-up owed | Follow-up task for the owner | Task for the owner |
| Meeting booked at the event | Event on the contact | Meeting on the contact |
| Pipeline from the event | Opportunity counted as sourced or influenced | Deal counted as sourced or influenced |

EventMobi questions teams ask
Does EventMobi integrate with Salesforce?
Yes, for organizers. EventMobi sends new attendees one way into the organizer's Salesforce as contacts, or as leads if the field mapping is changed. Exhibitors work from Lead Capture.
How do exhibitors export EventMobi leads?
The company admin exports them from Lead Capture in the Company Portal. Booth staff can see the leads on their phones for up to 30 days after the event, and exported times are in UTC. Luminik takes the export, matches it to your CRM records and writes the follow-up tasks.
What do the star ratings mean in Luminik?
They come across with the lead as the booth team's rating, next to Luminik's ICP score, so the owner sees both what the rep felt and how well the account fits.
How does Luminik access our EventMobi event data?
With your permission, through the event access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.
What if the event is not on EventMobi?
Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
