Luminik
Integration: Luma

Luma registrants in your CRM, scored and followed up.

Luma's integrations move guest lists and attendance. Luminik scores every registrant against your ICP, runs outreach before the event, and counts the pipeline after it.

Which Luma integration fits you

It depends on what you need from the guest list.

You need guests recorded in your CRM

Luma's native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations come with its Enterprise plan, and the API and Zapier need Luma Plus. Hosts can also download the guest list as a CSV with names, emails, approval and check-in status, and answers to registration questions.

Use Luma's integrations.

You need the guests worked

Which registrants are target accounts, which pending guests to approve, outreach before the dinner or meetup, follow-up after it, and the pipeline counted against the event.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Luma event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Luma event

Connect the Luma calendar that hosts your event, or share the guest list export. The list refreshes as more people register.

2

Score the registrants against your ICP

Every registrant is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your team knows who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Capture the room and write it back

Conversations captured in the Luminik app on the night land in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Luma questions teams ask

Does Luma integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes. Luma's native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are part of its Enterprise plan. The API and Zapier need Luma Plus, and every host can download the guest list as a CSV.

What is in the Luma guest list export?

Name, email, phone if given, registration date, approval status, ticket type, check-in status for in-person events, payment details and the answers to your registration questions.

Can Luminik help us decide which guests to approve?

Yes. Registrants are ranked against your ICP, so the host sees which pending guests are target accounts. The approval itself stays in Luma.

What if the event is not on Luma?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
