Integration: Swapcard

Swapcard leads in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.

Swapcard's integrations serve the organizer. Luminik brings your attendee list and Lead Capture scans into Salesforce or HubSpot, scored and counted against the event.

Which Swapcard integration fits you

It depends on whose event it is.

You organize the event on Swapcard

Swapcard Studio connects to HubSpot, and new people and exhibitors can be pushed to HubSpot or Salesforce. Registration and attendee records land in the organizer's CRM.

Use Swapcard's own integrations.

You sponsor or exhibit at someone else's Swapcard event

Your booth team scans badges with Swapcard Lead Capture, which the organizer turns on for exhibitors, and scores each lead. Where the organizer also enables the Leads API, scanned contacts can flow into your own systems.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Swapcard event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Swapcard exhibitor access

During onboarding you share the Swapcard access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list, Lead Capture, or the Leads API where the organizer enables it. It is used for that event only.

2

Score the attendee list against your ICP

Every attendee is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your reps know who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM

Lead Capture scans and their qualification scores arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Swapcard questions teams ask

Does Swapcard integrate with HubSpot?

Yes, for organizers. Swapcard Studio connects to HubSpot, and new people and exhibitors can be pushed to HubSpot or Salesforce. That data goes to the organizer's CRM. Exhibitors work from Lead Capture.

How do exhibitors get Swapcard leads into a CRM?

The organizer turns on Lead Capture for exhibitors. Your team scans attendees in the Swapcard app, scores each lead, and the leads sync to the CRM connected to your exhibitor profile. Luminik matches them to your existing records and adds the follow-up task and event attribution.

Can we use our own lead capture at a Swapcard event?

Yes, where the organizer enables Lead Capture and the Leads API for your exhibitor profile. A scanned badge code returns the attendee's contact details under the event's consent rules, and those leads go straight into your systems.

How does Luminik access our Swapcard event data?

With your permission, through the exhibitor access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.

What if the event is not on Swapcard?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
