Luminik
Integration: Whova

Whova leads in your CRM, for sponsors and exhibitors.

Whova's HubSpot sync sends registrations to the organizer. Luminik brings your attendee list and lead scans into Salesforce or HubSpot, scored and counted against the event.

Which Whova integration fits you

It depends on whose event it is.

You organize the event on Whova

Whova syncs attendee registration data, such as job titles, locations, emails and attendee segments, to the organizer's HubSpot.

Use Whova's integration.

You exhibit at someone else's Whova event

Booth staff scan attendee QR codes in the Whova app, score leads with the qualifiers the organizer sets, and export them as a spreadsheet at any time.

This is where Luminik works.

What Luminik does with your Whova event

From the attendee list weeks out to the pipeline report after the event.

1

Connect your Whova event access

During onboarding you share the Whova access your sponsorship includes: the attendee list and your lead retrieval list. It is used for that event only.

2

Score the attendee list against your ICP

Every attendee is matched to an account, checked against the accounts already in your CRM, and ranked, so your team knows who is worth a meeting weeks before the event.

3

Book meetings before the event

The ranked list is enriched through the data vendors you already pay for, then enrolled in your Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft sequences once someone on your team approves the copy.

4

Write the booth and the pipeline back to your CRM

Your scans, lead scores and notes arrive in Salesforce or HubSpot matched to existing records, with follow-up tasks for the owner. Opportunities that follow are counted against the event as sourced or influenced.

Whova questions teams ask

Does Whova integrate with HubSpot?

Yes, for organizers. Whova sends attendee registration data to the organizer's HubSpot, including job titles, locations, emails and attendee segments. Exhibitors work from Whova's lead retrieval.

How do exhibitors export Whova leads?

As a spreadsheet, at any time during or after the event. Luminik takes that list, matches it to your CRM records and writes the leads with the notes and a follow-up task for the owner.

Do we need a scanner rental at a Whova event?

Whova's lead retrieval runs in its app on your team's phones, so booth staff scan attendee QR codes without separate scanning equipment.

How does Luminik access our Whova event data?

With your permission, through the event access your sponsorship includes, set up during onboarding. It is used for that event only, and only the attendees and leads your role can already see are read.

What if the event is not on Whova?

Sourcing then runs from the open web, the same as any event without a platform list. The platform is a shortcut, never a requirement.
